Dr. Holmes is Associate Professor in the Department of Human Relations at OU – Tulsa. He teaches courses in conflict resolution, human development, human relations theories, and group counseling. He has written numerous articles and book chapters in the fields of counseling, social work, rehabilitation, and public policy.
